lolz it's one day before the promos... had a talk last night with shang... think i'm finally getting beneath his cold exterior. ok must be more careful when i use terms like that... wat exterior? wat depths? are they not just facades of us all... our true self is not wat lies beneath, but it is a culmination of faces that we show. is our true self unchanging? can we really take solace in this certainty? i've come to think not... i've come to think that we are fluid. and as much as that reveals the hypocritical nature of men, it also means that we can change. and as always the quote from fruits basket pop to mind - "you can't be born again although you can change"
but yea wat made me post was my bro's blog... wow his latest post. absolutely beautiful... it's like the othello music except this time so much more surreal and moving. so much power in his words... and wow. wow. so amazed with first his poem, then this. felt great just reading it aloud as if i was reading it to an audience and yes the power of his words just coursed through me totally exhilarating. it's times like this when i think that blogging is not as useless as i thot it was... times like this that inspire me to blog again. so here i am :)
